Who is it for?
Our Children’s Ministry at Sycamore Baptist Church serves all children Nursery-6th grade.
What Do We Offer?
There are two main ways your child can plug in at Sycamore Baptist Church – Sunday School classes and Wednesday night activities.
In each of these settings, your child will learn the Bible and how it relates to Jesus in an age-appropriate way. The lessons are fun and approachable and taught by committed volunteers and staff who serve Jesus by serving you and your kids.
Along with our Sunday and Wednesday offerings, we also have a few special activities for your child. In the summer, our children go to Camp Copass for RA/GA camp. As well as, they have the opportunity to both participate in and invite their friends to our annual Vacation Bible School.

For those pre-k-kindergarten age, Mission Friends provides the building blocks of faith and basic awareness of God’s love for all people. Our Mission Friends class is taught by Jennifer Lewis and Jane Matthews. It meets Wednesday night @ 7:00 pm.
Royal Ambassadors® (RA®) is a missions discipleship organization for boys and girls in grades 1-6. Through hands-on activities that encourage spiritual growth, games and sports, and mentoring relationships with RA leaders, RA members learn God’s Word. Our RA class is co-taught by Kyle Green and Jeff Keller. It is Wednesday night @ 7:00 pm.
